About Me
Cinematographer. Photographer. Storyteller.
I am Grant Gibson and I am a young filmmaker. I have been blessed to have been raised in Durango Colorado, which has enabled me to pursue my passion of filmmaking and photography.
Growing up I wondered "what do I want to be? What do I want to do with the rest of my life?"
After working hard and using my savings to acquire my my first GoPro and DSLR, I knew what I was going to do for the rest of my life.
I've created my first 30 minute short documentary/adventure film on adrenaline and the effects it has on extreme sports enthusiasts.
Telling peoples stories gives me a sense of peace, it gives me purpose and leaves behind something for tomorrows youth to draw off of and learn about the love of following a passion.
I have posted my favorite works and accomplishments dating back to my freshman year of high school. I believe with age comes wisdom and experience. And as I continue to post my achievements, I can reflect on my growth and progress and learn from them.
It is my desire to continue to hone my skills by seeking out mentorships from those professionals that have their own wisdom to share, so that I can become the very best I can be in this industry.
